Java Developer (Agile, Websphere)

Lead Java Developer (AGILE WEBSPHERE) Utrecht, Netherlands

Capital IT Resourcing are currently recruiting for a Lead Java developer to work for our retail banking client in the Netherlands.

The aim of this project is to work on the further development of the clients acquiring project - Smartpin, Mobile POS, Omni Acquiring. As the lead developer you should be able to develop applications from functional specifications. You will be co-ordinating the daily work load for the current team members and be ultimately responsible for the quality that is produced by the team.

The candidate we are searching for will need to be able to demonstrate good technical design and application development, monitor the quality of the software development, conduct reviews and provide coaching where needed, advise on the correct choices in the functional design.

Technically you should be experienced in the following:

- Java/WebSphere
- XML/SOAP/HTTPS
- Agile Methodology
- Oracle & Clearcase
- iOS/Android (this will be an advantage) and E-commerce (MOBILE POS)
