Job requirements:
Technically sound in Java, forerunner in his field, ability to be a Java Team to coach at a higher level. Around visibility
Experience in Scrum/Agile environment.
Well, in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, stress resistant, can work under high pressure, switch easily with BAs and designers as testers.

Job requirements:
Knowledge of the Rabobank environment.
Scrum Master experience.
Front End design experience.
Cross-channel experience.
Able to deal with cultural differences. sending an Asian construction team.

Education HBO thinking and working.
