THE JAVA DEVELOPER WILL IDEALLY HAVE AT LEAST 65% OF THE FOLLOWING SKILLS:

- You are an experienced Java developer, using various frameworks and technologies like Spring 4, Springboat, Kafka, Oracle, JMS (SOAP), Spring data/Hibernate, Linux and Java 8.
- You have at least 5 years of experience JAVA and are able to make decisions.
- You have a passion for technology and have a current view of IT expertise
- You have an overview of the full spectrum of engineering skills (analysis, design, construction, test, CI/CD pipeline, management)
- You can provide efficient and manageable code
- You can strike a good balance between problem solving and over-engineering
- You have experience with testing and various test tools like Junit, Virtualize, Cucumber etc
- You have experience with tools like GITlab, Artifactory, Maven, Nolio, Jenkins
- You are a go-to person in developed challenges
- You are looking forward to challenging yourself and getting your colleagues on a higher level.
- You provide prompt and unsolicited feedback, and expect to get it yourself too.

THE JAVA DEVELOPER WILL PERFORM THE FOLLOWING RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Much of the work consists of further developing a self-built event-based integration application in Java that connects to other applications within the company.
- This Java application also provides communication to the customers (SMS/Letters) and the feedback of certain data to the other systems.
