For our client in logistics we are looking for an experienced (long-term) Java developer
Start: ASAP
Duration: at least a year
Language: English (Dutch is a plus)
Location: Brussels
Our client is a well known player in the international logistics industry. A team member left and they are looking for a replacer. They have plenty of work, but you'll need to work independently. Up to 80% of your work will be on Legacy applications/code. However, if you show initiative, you can implement a lot of improvements.
Skills:
- Java (6 and higher)
- Hibernate, MS SQL server
- Ant, Maven
- Testing; unit/integration. JUnit, Mockito,...
- Commons frameworks (Apache, Google,...)
- GUI; HTML, js
- Tomcat
- Atlassian Stack
Nice-to-Have:
- Struts
- SOAP/REST/MQ
- Experience in dynatrace
