The Java developer will have the following responsibilities:
*Technical assessment of requirements
*Solution design
*Build/test the approved design
*Deployment & tier 2 prod support
The Java developer will ideally have the following required skills:
*Experience in building complex middle-tier systems with demanding performance & scalability requirements
*5+ years Core Java development experience andJava 1.6 Multi-threading
*Spring Framework (Spring, Spring Integration, Spring Batch -etc)
*Messaging JMS/EMS/MQ
*XML based Processing
*Design Patterns
*SQL (MS preferred)
This is a long-term opportunity with an initial contract duration of 6-12 months + extensions. Multi-year project with a major capital markets Powerhouse with a large pipeline of transformation programmes.
