Java Developer

Analyze, develop, design and maintain software for products and systems.

SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS:
- Solid experience in Java/J2EE web application development.
- Administer JIRA instances on a day to day basis including performance tuning/scaling the instances.
- Strong work experience in Core Java, XML, and JSP and should have utilized this skill set in multiple projects.
- Specific experience in architecting large scale web app on using Google Web Toolkit (GWT) and Google App Engine - GAE (including High Replication Datastore).
- Ability to create complex software workflows in JIRA including project workflows, screen schemes, permission scheme and notification schemes.
- Experience in developing plug-ins and using/extending REST Services provided by Atlassian.
- Experience in UNIX administration and oracle database administration.
- Experience with using Git & Gerrit in a development environment.
- Knowledge in Android App Development, Android API, and framework.
- Knowledge on REST web services, JSON, HTTP protocol.
