My client is looking for an experienced Java Developer with extensive Banking environment experience for a contract role in Stockholm.
Location: Stockholm
Start: ASAP
Rate: £350-380pd
Length: 6-12 months +
Job description
*This assignment entails working as a Java Software Designer in a in a complex Banking environment. We are looking for black belt Java Developer candidates for projects on the Fund distribution platform.
*You will work in a team as a Java developer and implement new solutions/features.
Required competence
*Java, long and deep experience
*J2EE
*Spring Integration and/or other Spring frameworks
*Web Services
*Maven 2
*SQL
*Test-driven development and continuous Integration.
*Knowledge of Banking applications and development preferable from fund distribution
*Candidates must be good team players with attention to detail, self-disciplined, able to manage their own time and workload, proactive and motivated
*Candidates shall also have good written and verbal communication skills in Swedish and English.
Wanted competence
*SQL Server
*B.Sc. degree or similar.
Place of Assignment
Full time assignment, in-house in Stockholm. Overtime and travelling may be required.
