Java Architect - Solution Architect Experience

For an Air Traffic Management client, Eurocity is looking for an JAVA ARCHITECT for a one year contract with a possibility of extension on a yearly base.

TASKS

- Participation in the design activities of the projects for the Releases
- Participation in the initiation of the projects for releases and then elaboration of requirements and design.
- The work includes definition of the service requirements and overall design of the solution with detailed focus on the design of the service layer components, the client applications ("CHMI" and portal) and the B2B web services
- Language: English

SKILLS

- Be a team player with good written and verbal communication skills.
- Must have a service-oriented attitude with good problem solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to thrive in a changing environment.
- Ability to work on multiple projects with multiple priorities.
- Familiar with Java technology, Continuous Integration tools, Integrated development environments (ex. Eclipse)
- Good understanding of Agile methodology
- > 5 years experience as a Solution Architect
- Willingness to do this mission for >3 years
