For a 6 months project at our client site, an international banking company based in Zurich, we are looking for a

JAVA APPLICATION DEVELOPER W/JAVA 7 (3681)

In this exciting role you will be responsible for supporting the Application Security Framework at our client's site in a team that is highly inclined towards TDD (test driven development) and follows development principles from popular agile development methodologies like scrum and xp.

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Essential skills:

- Java7 (mandatory)
- RDBMS (Oracle) and SQL. PL/SQL nice to have
- Hibernate
- JavaScript
- Tomcat, JSP, Spring
- Unix (Solaris, basic Shell Scripting)
- Maven, SVN, Jenkins nice to have
- Eclipse or IntelliJ development environment skill a must
- English spoken and written is a must. German nice to have.

Additional skills:

- WebDriver, JBehave
- H2 DB
- Apache configuration nice to have
- IT security skills nice to have

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Development of web based application built on following components:
- Backend - The Back End or the persistence layer of the system is Oracle (v11) RDBMS
- Application Server - Tomcat (v7) is used as the Application Server
- Frontend - Frontend is build using JSP and the clients' Widgets based upon jQuery and Knockout JavaScript frameworks.
