Java Application Developer - E-Commerce

For a leading banking client in Brussels, we are currently recruiting for a Java Application Developer to participate in the E-commerce development.

Java Application Developer - E-commerce development from application design, build, testing and documentation to finally deployment.

The key responsibilities include:

- Application development for the various E-commerce platforms and applications.
- Responsible for unit testing and integration testing of your modules.
- Prepare together with team the QA and production releases.
- Document the technical features of the application
- Document the application and error codes for hand-over to the Production
- Application Support.
- Provide Third Line application support

You should speak English

French or Dutch is a bonus

Some limited travel to our clients London office may be required

Technical experience required:

- You have at least 2-4 years experience in software engineering and development

Including web applications.

- Experience in IT development projects
- Experience in web application development
- Key words are Java, web, Spring, Hibernate, Javascript.
- You have experience in Java web development, including Rich Internet applications.

Preferable:

- Experience in the financial industry is a plus.
- Experience in Wicket is a plus.
