Japanese Speaking Assistant Accountant IT Planning

To manage in-house Cash Management System working stable and to provide the solutions for enhancement of global cash management operations.
To coordinate with business people and other related parties (eg. banks) to finalise the requirements and system concept design.
To manage offshore development team remotely by reviewing their output for the delivery phase and monitoring their helpdesk support.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIESprogress control, priority control and reporting in professional manner through proper documentation. To communicate and negotiate with relevant parties, eg (external) banks, Swift (internal) business users, offshore teams in India, data centre and other system staffs according to the impact of change.

QA responsibility -To manage the quality of output in helpdesk support operation, troubleshooting and system enhancement. To give proper review of the deliverables from team and advise them in timely manner to ensure proper solutions.

IS analysis and solutions- Through an analytical perspective and fact findings, provide recommendations and feasible plan regarding system improvements. And to co-work with the business planning team to define the user requirements and concept design for the future business process enhancement.

Offshore team management- To provide instructions to the offshore development and helpdesk team (internal) by following the agreed procedures. This will also include review of unit test plan/result, coordination of system test/user test collaborating with other teams. To review system design documents created by development team. To review and upgrade the IS process for more efficient team management and the accuracy in each action.

Provide 24 hour helpdesk support to Business.

Quality, cost and delivery. Share sufficient deliverables in the IS process and projects.
