IVR Program Lead Specialist

Link Technologies is currently recruiting for an IVR PROGRAM LEAD SPECIALIST. This is a contract position working on an exciting new project in Las Vegas, NV. Candidates interested are encouraged to apply.

REQUIREMENTS:

- Understanding of Avaya products and - (I3) interactive intelligence systems.
- Interactive Voice Response - IVR
- (I3) Interactive Intelligence
- 3 - 5 years of experience with VoIP and IP Telephony is desired.
- I-3 handler development experience with Computer-Telephony Integration (CTI) experience
- Experience with Interactive Intelligence's solutions including the Customer Interactive Center (CIC)
- Industry standard VoIP technologies (SIP, H323, SCCP and MGCP)
- Candidate must have experience in IVR migrations.
- Candidate must have experience in Avaya platforms and (I3) Interactive Intelligence Call Center Software Solutions
- Ability to understand call flow/User Interface specifications and create technical designs, system requirements and specifications.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Will be managing a migration of IVR capabilities - Avaya Platform to and (I3)
- Will participate in the detailed design, development, implementation, and support of enterprise IVR (Interactive Voice Response) applications.
- Provide help with speech recordings. Manage local database changes, writing SQL scripts.
- Designs, develops, analyzes and maintains custom contact center reporting, trending of data and system capacity studies
- Designs, develops, codes, debugs, tests, implements and provides program technical support and application support maintenance for all call center applications during migration.
- Troubleshoots system issues, determines root cause, repairs, coordinates with vendors when necessary, escalates and tests solutions
- Responsible for maintenance, enhancements, and administration of the I-3 system
