ITSM Integration Specialist - BMC Remedy/Atrium

ITSM Integration Specialist - BMC Remedy/Atrium is required by my client who is based in London. 

Candidates must hold current SC Clearance

Experience

- Microsoft System Center Operations Manager 20012 R2
- BMC Atrium version 7.8.04
- BMC Remedy version 7.6.04
- Microsoft System Center Orchestrator 2012 R2
- Previous integration of BMC Kelverion adaptors
- Detailed design engineering
- Relevant technologies, including: AD, Virtualisation, Windows Server, Microdoft Service Center Configuration Manager, Administration of SCOM, SCORCH
- PowerShell (Basic) ADO .NET (Basic) ASP, HTML5 or C# coding experience (Intermediate) Scripting experience Python, Perl, JavaScript
- Previous Integration experience in delivering complex solutions in the Public Sector
- Understanding of IT Security best practices as per GPG 13
- Ability to obtain SC clearance

Desirable skills:

- BMC Remedy version 7.6.04
- Knowledge of Mapping Configuration Items and Asset Management within BMC Atrium and BMC Remedy

.Translating customer requirements and contractual obligations into a Service Design that describes the services, delivery model(s), people, processes and technology with emphasis on technology
.Works closely with the Service Transition Team to ensure that implemented services or changed services are capable of delivering to target service levels and performance indicators

*Works closely with the Engineering team to deliver functional specifications and data models

Responsibilities to include:

-  Aid in the production and update of the High level designs for integrating System Centre Orchestrator run books with BMC Kalverion adapters as well as native orchestrator integration packs for eg: SCOM and SCORCH
- Aid in the Detailed Design:
- Aid in the Integration and Test;

Provide Integration services for BMC Atrium CMDB

Synchronisation of CI data in BMC Atrium CMDB with SCOM

Provide Integration of Alerts to BMC Remedy ITSM

- Aid in the System test and verification;
- Aid with the installations in Production.
