ITSM Developer

OUR CLIENT, A LEADING ENGINEERING AND TECHNOLOGY COMPANY, IS LOOKING FOR A ITSM DEVELOPER FOR A 6 MONTH CONTRACT TO BE BASED IN POOLE, DORSET.

Out Client have recently implemented the IT Service Management Solution, ServiceNow, across their North West Europe Cluster and require two experienced system developers to aid future growth and improvement.

The requirement is to fully utilize the out of the box functionality of the tool in creating and relating these components and importing/sharing data from/with other systems.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

- Strong Experience of Software Development within a Service Management/ITSM Environment, more specifically
- Knowledge of the full ITSM suite and best practice implementation - particularly the afore mentioned modules
- Development of core system modules and applications to encompass business processes whilst fully utilising out of the box functionality
- Importing/Interfacing of data from external systems and sources
- Demonstrable introduction and customisation of the ESS portal
- Development Skills: Scripting languages - Jelly, JavaScript, XML, XHTML, HTML

ADDITIONALLY:

- Experience of Development of ITSM Tools within ServiceNow is a distinct advantage
- Strong Arista experience is an advantage
