Business Change Project Manager - ITSM - 6 months - Warwick A new ITSM tool will be purchased and deployed within the business. My client seeks to embed quality processes in support of our plans for growth and in support of our Staff. To this end our tool will leverage the best of the ITIL Framework. There will be a significant cultural shift in our support processes and a strong understanding of the benefits of ITIL will be required in order to drive the roll-out of the tool with customers. In order to improve the management of the customers a new CRM tool will also be deployed. Working alongside the Sales and Bid teams to understand and streamline existing processes and create interfaces to the new ITSM tool, with duplicating effort. The role will be working within the Programme Assurance Team and Senior Business Change Project Manager but will primarily be outward facing to other teams within the business. The Teams are located in several offices and part of the project is to ensure consistency within the teams and across process. To that end, some travel to our offices to engage and work with our Teams will be required. Experince required:- * A leader in project managing cultural change ideally within a service provider environment; * Practical and successful experience in the delivery of large scale IT led business change projects; it should be possible to provide real examples and evidence of success * Excellent leadership skills and a proven motivator; able to engage with internal staff at all levels within the organisation, gaining commitment from key stakeholders to ensure that we deliver on time and to the highest quality; * Understanding of the ITIL v3 Process Model and the underpinning operational process and procedures; * Sound working knowledge of ITIL in a Service Provider organisation; * Experience of CRM toolsets and the requirements of Sales and Bid Teams; * Project Management methodologies - PRINCE2 an advantage; Please send me your cv now if interested
