ITO Solution Architect

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Choose the right service elements/service catalogue, create infrastructure outsourcing service solution architecture, define the context, pre-requisites of the solution.
Develop Infrastructure solution so that the solution can be distributed to the Sales teams for them to use in Business development when pitching to the Operator community.
Attending workshops/forum/Summit discussion with Telco customer, to understand customer latest requirements and trends, then reflect them in the solution design.
Join the presales team in the RFI/RFP project, prepare the tailored solution for various clients, then present the solution to client.
Understanding ITO industry trend, customer needs and business pain points, defines the structures of solutions and architectures of ITO to address client business problems.
Basing on defined solution architecture, design service delivery capability framework (methodology, processes, tools), and passed to the solution development team, providing guidance to the team's development work.

REQUIREMENTS:

More than 8 years experiences involving Data Center operation and maintenance.
Familiar with ITIL.
Familiar with data centre infrastructure operation and maintenance, virtualization and could computing technology.
Fluent in English as working language.
Willingness for frequent global business travels
