Westhouse connects highly skilled consultants with global corporations. From short term projects to multi-year transformations, we have been the agency of choice for leading European companies the last 10 years. Currently I am searching for one of my clients an experienced ITIL Service Delivery Manager to support the global IT infrastructure department on a selection of projects. The successful candidate must be certified in ITIL, have at least 8 years of ITIL-related operations or project experience, as well as a strong track record in change, incident and issues management.
