For our client, a leading company with global headquarters in Zurich, Swisslinx are urgently searching for a highly motivated and competent
ITIL Process Trainer (Contract, Zurich)
In this challenging contract position, you will be responsible for providing detailed ITIL process knowledge to the future Run organisation and other stakeholders. Additionally, the trainer will provide a basic level of ITSM tool knowledge, specifically ServiceNow. The resource will support the setup of training material, training sessions and coaching activities to the new organisation. The selected resource will interact with different workstreams and stakeholders and will assist with questions concerning ITIL and ServiceNow.
This is a contract position in Zurich.
The start date is ASAP.
The contract duration is 6-12 months.
The project language is English.
For this position, we are searching for an ITIL Trainer with experience in Service Operation and Service Transition Processes and excellent understanding of ITIL and IT operational environments. The ideal candidate is able to discuss process content and possesses ITSM knowledge and has a methodical approach to change management and attention to detail.
