Location - Dublin
Daily Rate Contract
My client is in the middle of a companywide integration project in AGD. Part of this project requires that we put in place more consistent and robust service processes across the organisation.
These processes include access management, information security management, support and maintenance procedures, procurement, monitoring and control and so on.
We need to document processes from scratch, modify other processes, amend existing tools (eg Excel based requests) etc. We would therefore like to take in a contract resource for a month or two (TBC) to work on this project. This person should have a good understanding of ITIL and experience of implementing an ITIL based framework, however it needs to be ITIL lite.
The resource should be able to work on their own, engage with vendors - engage with IT and possibly business users etc. Ideally they would have some VBA exposure and advanced Excel skills to support the tooling element. Not essential but would be a good bonus. It is likely that this resource would be asked to take on other tasks to support the project manager.
