My client, an international leader in their field requires an experienced ITIL Expert and Reporting Specialist who has at least 3 years of experience in IT implementation projects for an immediate start in Zurich.
Experience in the following is a must:
- Service Maneagement Processes
- Continual Service Improvement
- Service Measurement
- Service Reporting
- Strong understanding of ITIL with Certificate
- SQL and Datamodelling experience
Candidates must be available to start no later than 18th of August and be available without interuption until the end of November. This is an English speaking role in an international environment although any German language skills are nice to have.
