ITIL Change Manager

Our client a global mining and resource's organisation who is an industry leader in their field are currently searching for an ITIL Change Manager to help with their ever evolving technical environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Liaise with Vendor and Enterprise Change Control Board
- Identify the Forward Schedule of Changes
- Coordinate with all necessary parties to perform Change building, testing and implementation, in accordance with schedules
- Update the Change records with all progress that occurs, including any actions to correct problems and/or to take opportunities to improve service quality
- Review all implemented Changes to ensure that they have met their objectives.
- Review all outstanding changes awaiting consideration or awaiting action
- Ensure completed changes are closed.
- Produce release notes, review outage notifications and produce other documents and minutes relevant to the change and release processes
- Produce regular and accurate management reports on changes

SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

- 2 years' experience in ITIL Change/Release Management
- Experience within mining will be seen as an advantage
- Technical experience preferred within IT Infrastructure
- Previous exposure to managing high turnover of business Change/Releases

QUALIFICATIONS:

- ITIL v3 Foundation
- ITIL V3 Release, Control and Validation
