ITIL Business Analyst

EDT Global are working with an established brand in Canberra that are currently looking to engage an experienced ITIL BUSINESS ANALYST within their service delivery team that will be required to support the process lead in the implementation of Service Management Improvements.

The role is urgent so we are looking for Analysts that are available for an immediate start.

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO DO THE FOLLOWING:

- Analysis and Coordination of Service management improvement activities across multiple Service Providers
- Ensure supporting procedures and work instructions developed within respective Service Providers tosupport the governing processes
- Schedule, chair and minute meetings both internal and external
- Analysis of existing processes, documentation and systems
- Ability to document new business processes.

EXPERIENCE WISE, WE ARE LOOKING FOR THE FOLLOWING:

- Possess high energy level, sense of urgency, decisiveness, strong work ethic and an ability to work well under pressure
- Highly analytic and detail oriented, with an ability to demonstrate command of the details while articulating them to a higher level
- Ability to grasp an entire situation quickly and from many perspectives and to create well-reasoned solutions
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including excellent presentation, influencing and negotiating skills
- ITIL V3 foundation certificate is preferred
- LEAN SIX SIGMA experience would be very beneficial

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Business Analyst with ITIL framework experience to join a global organisation on an initial 4mth contract basis.
