ITALIAN OR FRENCH SERVICE DESK AGENT (PART TIME) position opens at our client who is a prestigious multinational company who is operating a European Shared Service Centre in DUBLIN CITY CENTRE. They are looking for new talents to their continuously growing team.
The Service Desk Agent provides first level IT helpdesk support to customers assisting them with hardware and software problems via phone, email or self serve portal. Must maintain a high degree of customer service for all support queries, take ownership of user problems and be proactive when dealing with user issues. Will troubleshoot and log all calls on the incident management system and maintain a log of any software or hardware problems detected.
AGENT MUST BE FLUENT IN ITALIAN AND/OR FRENCH. FLUENCY IN BOTH PREFERRED. WORKING HOURS ARE MORNINGS, MONDAY TO FRIDAY, IDEALLY 0730-1130 OR 0800-1200. CANDIDATES MAY NEED TO BE AVAILABLE FULL TIME (37.5 HOURS) FOR THE FIRST 2-3 WEEKS FOR TRAINING.

* Excellent interpersonal skills
* IT affinity and interest
* Ability and desire to build additional technical skills
* Ability to interact effectively with others in a team environment
* Ability to follow instructions to produce desired results
* Aptitude to manage many tasks simultaneously
* Ability to work with broad range of experience levels
* Fluency in English and Italian and/or French
