IT Web Business Analyst

Beacon Hill Technologies is working with a local, Cleveland-based Client, to staff a Web Business Analyst on a 6 month straight CONTRACT.

.Client would entertain Corp-to-Corp candidates, but, they must be local to the Northern Ohio area, as a face-to-face interview is required.*

REQUIRED:

- Strong experience analysing and documenting business requirements and functional specifications for corporate external and internal web sites.
- Experience in UX Design, usability testing, wireframes and prototype development using Axure.
- Excellent skills required in critical thinking and analysis, meeting facilitation, verbal and written communications, and interpersonal interactions (eg, partnering, conflict management, resolving priorities between stakeholders, consulting, etc.).
- Five or more years of experience in business analyst role.
- Self-starter that can work with diverse stakeholders and with minimal supervision.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Strong Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio, Project and PowerPoint skills appropriate for business analysis documentation

DESIRED:

- Bachelor's degree in MIS or related field
- Business Analyst Certification (IIBA)
- Two or more years of .NET C# development (all versions up to and including .NET 3.5) in full life cycle developer and analyst role.
- One or more years of PMI/PMBOK style project management.
