IT Vendor Relationship Management Principle

OVERVIEW:
Drive all aspects of Services Supplier Strategy for Managed and other Services including Program and Portfolio alignment, IT and business alignment, Performance management, Relationship management, Service management, Contract management, Roadmaps for Strategic Suppliers

Responsibilities:
Create/Update Services Supplier Strategy Framework
Manage adherence to governance and operating models driving continuous improvement
Define, Document, Maintain and communicate clear roles and responsibilities for the Services and Internal/External Parties involved
Support RFx activity, scorecards, performance reviews
Develop and support outsourcing/managed service models
Significant interaction with internal Business and IT Service owners in support of supplier Strategies
Provide subject matter expertise to various stakeholders
Implement and refine supplier management tools and techniques
New technology evaluations, Product and Vendor evaluation
Risk Management

Solid understanding of Supplier Management within an IT environment
Ability to drive and manage 3rd party suppliers
Proven ability to lead, influence, and manage in a cross functional environment
Demonstrated ability to build relationships
Ability to execute large scale global projects
10+ years of relevant experience
Strong communication and presentation skills
Natural problem solving ability
Ability to lead and deliver in a complex dynamic environment with completing priorities
Business and IT background including Tech Trends
Strong Contract management and negotiation experience
Expert in Managed Service, Outsourcing including Infrastructure related Co-location, Cloud, PaaS, IaaS, Voice, Data
