IT TRAINING SPECIALIST

COVENTRY

£350.00 PER DAY

We are currently recruiting for a contract IT Training Specialist to lead and deliver a training needs analysis exercise across all SAP processes.

IT Training Specialist has an important part to play:

- Implement a training needs analysis
- Draft a training plan
- Conduct a review of existing training material for potential re-use and lesson learned
- Develop new training material to support future system/business process changes
- Work with Reporting and SAP Work Package Leads to ensure the training materials include new and changed
- Work with the Business Change Lead to ensure the training outcomes align with business change requirements
- Work with training leads from other within SSO to ensure training strategies align
- Create training evaluation process to ensure that training meets its objectives and improvement as required and that are agreed with stakeholders.
- Provide leadership to the SSO with regards best practice in learning and development

The IT Training Specialist will have experience:

- Developing and delivering multi channel training
- Devising novel and innovative approaches to delivering training to achieve maximum effectiveness
- Leading complex training initiatives
- In depth knowledge of delivering technical and process training to non technical end users
- Working with a diverse and challenging set of stakeholders
- Working under pressure and tight timescales

The IT Training Consultant must demonstrate:

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Personal presence and the ability to influence senior management
- Ability to maintain good relationships with different teams of people in the project framework and also within the business
- Proactive and delivery focused

You will be educated to degree or relevant equivalent qualification- A full driving licence will be required as will require travel maybe necessary within the Severn Trent Water region.
