VOIP Trainer - development and delivery of training via WebEx Experienced trainer required to develop content and deliver training via WebEx. Hours will be 8am to 6pm to accomodate time zones as WebEx training is being delivered to other Countires from london base. Good knowledge and training delivery experience in the VOIP product and access matters. Good understanding and technical know-how with the IMS technology platform and telephone manager pool operates. Applicants must also have a good general telecommunications background with experience in general telephony, call routing, numbering systems, SS7, Q.391 Protocols and IPVPN.
