IT Trainer

IT TRAINER

IT Trainer required for long term contract position at one of the largest and most prestigious European institutions.

Must have minimum of 5 years IT training experience coupled with:

- GOOD KNOWLEDGE OF INFORMATION SYSTEMS MATTERS
- ABILITY TO COPE WITH FAST CHANGING TECHNOLOGIES USED IN TRAINING AND COMMUNICATION AREAS.
- IN DEPTH KNOWLEDGE IN IT CONSULTING MATTERS, MORE SPECIFICALLY IN AREAS OF TRAINING AND COMMUNICATION.
- GOOD KNOWLEDGE AND COMMAND IN AT LEAST ONE OF THE FOLLOWING CONTENT MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS: ATLASSIAN CONFLUENCE WIKI, DRUPAL.
- GOOD CAPACITY TO GIVE HIGH-LEVEL PRESENTATIONS AND TO PROVIDE TRAININGS

You will be involved in:

- Provision of advice and assistance in the effective use of information systems and their environments, by helping with training (both classroom and E-learning).
- Assistance in the implementation of documentation items, such as wiki pages and E-learning content.
- Functional requirements, business case analysis and test on the creation and design of web sites and/or wikis.
- Provision of user information.
- Promotion of information systems.
- Provision of technical studies, technical expertise, technical evaluations in relation with information systems in the areas of training and communication.

An excellent command of English is absolutely essential and knowledge of another European language would be beneficial.
