IT Trainer

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced trainer to work with staff and students at a leading University. The campus provides an excellent work environment, with a wide range of on-site amenities, including world-class sporting facilities and is surrounded by beautiful countryside, overlooking the city of Bath, one of the most elegant and vibrant cities in the country.

Under the direction of the Service Manager (IT Literacy) you will be responsible for the delivery and creation of a variety of short focused training courses and one-to-one bespoke training sessions enabling staff and students to use University software including Microsoft Office 2010, Agresso and TOPdesk effectively. You will also develop and deliver accredited training courses to enable staff and students to complete ECDL and other professional skills qualifications.

Experience of developing training materials using a variety of media and delivering courses to both groups and on a one-to-one basis is essential. Experience of the administration of accredited training courses such as ECDL would also be beneficial.

This post is fixed-term for 12 months.
