IT Trainer

5 x Contract IT Trainer - £250 per day - 2 weeks in Surrey then Home Based

I am seeking five (5) Contract IT Trainers to start a training roll-out on Remedy to service desk staff on September 9th for an initial 5 weeks. You will be required to deliver training groups and virtual training sessions ideally using Microsoft LiveMeeting across different time-zones requiring you to be flexible with early and late times required. Some groups will also require face to face training.

You will be working in a large team of trainers creating guides and delivery training on modules within Remedy (incident, Work Orders and Problem). Prior knowledge of Remedy is required but you DO NOT need to have delivered Remedy training previously; an understanding and some knowledge of its capabilities and function would be sufficient. Refresher training will be available.

It is essential you have experience in training MS Office 2010 and must be able to provide your own laptop with a minimum of Office 2010 software available and also have sufficient broadband connections at home to deliver virtual training from home.
