IT Telephony Services Project Manager
Edelway SA is a Swiss IT Services Consultancy. One of our best clients, a global multinational company based in Lausanne, is currently looking for an IT Telephony Project Manager to join them on a long term basis. We can propose both contract and permanent opportunities for this role.
Start Date: ASAP - Within 1 month from offer.
Working language: French + English Mandatory.
THE ROLE
You will be responsible for the management of Telephony Projects deployment but also support Telephony Back Office management will the team manager.
YOU WILL
*Support Telephony Manager in Back Office activities (Follow-up resources, supplier activities, goods delivery, orders, invoices...)
*Planning and supervising telephony projects (VOIP technologies, and telephony applications deployment)
*Cooperation and skilled advising to business on VOIP, ACD and Call routing
*Manage and control design, set-up and implementation of TOIP in offices.
YOU NEED
*Engineer in Information Technology or telephony
*Graduate of EPF/HES or recognized equivalent.
*Experience of 3 years in a similar position
*Outstanding knowledge of VOIP Technology, especially with Avaya
*Excellent knowledge in Call centre and call routing
*Knowledge in all infrastructure aspects of Information Technology (network, Operating systems, etc)
*Excellent written and verbal communication and negotiation skills (English + French)
*Outstanding planning and organization skills
*Project management experience in telephony and Infrastructure.
