Experis IT Switzerland is URGENTLY on the search for an experienced IT Technician to join one of their clients, a well-known Swiss organisation.
Are you experienced in help desk supporting function and looking for a new and exciting challenge? If so, apply now!
PROJECT DETAILS: The ICT technician is responsible for the qualified support in the whole German-speaking part of Switzerland for our software as well as hardware problems by telephone, via remote maintenance or directly on site.
They organize removals and new installations and are characterized by their smooth implementation.
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
- Work at 1st and 2nd level support
- Deal with variety of activities such as remote maintenance, on-sire support
YOUR PROFILE:
- Successfully completed your computer science apprenticeship or a basic technical education with computer science training and have profound professional experience in 1st and 2nd level support. Comprehensive and versatile expertise in end-user computing, multimedia, Windows 10 and iOS Apple devices (Iphone, Ipad, ...)
- Driver's license Cat. B and are also willingness to travel in German-speaking Switzerland
- Thanks to your very good communication and analysis skills, you understand how to approach our customers and independently solve problems and document support cases
- An independent, reliable and service-oriented working in the team as well as a well-groomed appearance complete your profile
- Strong customer focus approach
- Place of work: Zurich as well as whole Switzerland
- ITIL basic knowledge
Languages required: Fluent in German, English and French. Italian is an advantage
Location: Zurich
