JOB OVERVIEW/SKILL REQUIREMENTS

- Solid experience in troubleshooting Windows Server event errors
- Solid experience in server HW troubleshooting and repair (ie 1U, 2U, 4U rack mount Servers, HP Blades, HP ProLiants, etc.) 2008R2 and 2012DC experience
- Server room or Data Center experience (+)
- Good general LAN/WAN knowledge
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong communication and written skills (ie ticket documentation is important)
- Strong customer service, customer focus skills
- Ability to learn and follow processes quickly
- Ability to follow escalation path and chain of command
- Strong sense of accountability and responsibility in supporting IT environments
- Strong team player
- Positive attitude
- Must be able to pass 10 year criminal background check & drug screen
- Ability to work an 8am 5pm shift Monday- Friday
- Physical requirements of position: able to lift up to 70 lbs.
