For a long term contract in Zurich we are looking for an
IT System Supporter
Work specification
- Coordinate delivery of work products using corresponding tools like ARIBA, Remedy, etc.
- Support implementation activities, troubleshooting systems and application environment issues
- Provide customer and operational support
- Perform project work for implementation
Required experience
- Broad understanding of technology with a solid grasp of how IT in a large company works
- Clear understanding and practical knowledge of general project management principles
- Experience in effective communication and interaction with IT suppliers
- Experience in software development, preferably .NET
- Fluent English and good German Language Skills
- The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of experience in a similar position and enjoys a fast-paced environment
