MY DUTIES:

- On-site service desk at a Client site
- Managing, setting up and handing over hardware
- Support for the service technicians (Fieldcare)
- Solving pre-qualified user problems in the client environment
- Carrying out client error analyses, if necessary in close cooperation with the specialist departments
- Your main topics in ticket processing are in the area of Windows 10, Microsoft O365 and hardware
- Collaboration in the rollouts of Client specific software
- Application of modern software distribution, client analysis and management tools
- Customer contact via phone, chat and remote maintenance

MY QUALIFICATIONS:

- Experience of 1st and 2nd level support in HW and SW issues
- Standard Windows 10 and MS Office 360 experience
- Knowledge of standard software distribution and management tools
- Ability to quickly understand and support Client Specific Software
- Profound German and English knowledge
