For one of our clients, a pharmaceutical company based in Basel, Swisslinx is currently looking for an IT Supporter.
As an IT Supporter your responsibilities would be the following:
- Installing and maintaining workspace and LAN systems
- Troubleshooting and supporting users in the event of problems
- Testing and implementing of new software products and releases
In order to be considered for this position, we are looking for candidates with the following profile:
- Experience as an IT Supporter in a pharmaceutical industry
- Experience in migration support
- Fluent in German and English
