IT Support 1st & 2nd level Windows/Cisco
Work place: Zurich area
Start: 11.05.15
Duration: 5 weeks +
Your task:
*provide 1st & 2nd level application and technical support to local users
*assuring a responsive and stable computing service for all local users
*overall responsible for local Servers & partly for remote controlled Servers
*maintain a stable and secure LAN, server and client environment (locally)
Your profile:
*excellent work experience within the Microsoft environment (certifications preferred)
*good knowledge of Cisco and Intel products
*able to perform hardware diagnostics
*in depth understanding of IT infrastructure
*strong understanding of technology and applications functionality
*support mentality and being able to work independently
*fluency in English is a must, German would be a big plus
