-Budget for and purchase local IT hardware such as: server, storage, switches, computers, printers, beamers, TV's and video conference systems
-Setup, configure and maintain local IT hardware (OS Installation, hardware & firmware upgrades)
-Monitor performance of backend hardware and services
-Planning and implementing new hardware and software backend systems and services such as: ESX Hosts, DHCP, Fileserver, Printserver
-Incident management: tracking, resolving and managing end-user support
-User Account administration (Active Directory, GPO's, etc.)
IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:
-Basic education as IT Supporter / IT Administrator with a degree as
Microsoft Certified Professional or a similar qualification -Profound experience as a generalist of an extended IT Service Desk
-Competent IT skills in VMware ESX, Microsoft Server 2012, Microsoft Windows 7/10, Microsoft Office Network incl. switch configuration, DHCP, DNS, etc.
-You are well organized, self-motivated and autonomous service oriented, trustworthy, approachable, a team player with a friendly attitude
-Excellent communication skills in local languages (German and French), as well as fluency in English
