We are looking for a Tier I Desktop Support Technician who has hands-on experience supporting, troubleshooting, and repairing computer systems, hardware and peripherals.
IN THIS POSITION YOU WILL:
- Provides hands-on Hardware and Software support
- Resolve technical calls and tickets, and escalate problems as needed
- Document, maintain, upgrade or replace hardware and software systems
- Provide true customer service oriented Desktop support
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a Desktop or Desk side support role
- A+ Certification highly preferred
- MUST have RECENT experience with Windows XP & 7, and Microsoft Office Suite
- MAC experience is always a plus
- Strong communication, organization and planning, work ethic, client facing and interpersonal skills.
WHAT IT\'S LIKE TO WORK HERE:
This is a fast pace corporate work environment. In this environment there will be a lot of customer service needed along with the fast-pace challenging setting. There will be times where this person will need to translate technical terms into non-technical language. This individual will be a part of a team, but in some circumstances will be required to work independently. HOURS: 8am-5pm M-F
PAY RATE: $12/hr.
