IT Support (German Speaking)

Projektbeschreibung
We have an immediate need for a German speaking L 2/3 Support Engineer for a 6+ month contract in Basel.
1. Experience as level 2-3 IT Support
2. Experience Level: 3-5 years
3. Experience in Access management solutions (on site solution is KABA)
3. Good communication capabilities with ability to talk to local business/vendors in both German & English, s/he will not do directly the technical support in KABA, it will be done by KABA team, but s/he has to coordinate, being able to explain them the problems.
4. ITIL Certification would be nice to have
