IT Support for Applications

For the Manufacturing IT Team we are looking for someone to support theTrack and Trace Serialization System onsite. S/he will perform the 2nd Level Support for the applications we manage, working following ITIL and CSV guidelines, define, run and document changes within the system. The candidate will be in close collaboration with Business, Quality Assurance and global IT and will also support running projects. To be prepared for the job an intensive training will be carried out at the beginning of the employment.

TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Implementation and validation of systems and IT processes in the manufacturing area
2nd Level Support
Support of projects
Once onboard on call support
Close collaboration with internal and external partners like Business, Informatics, Engineering and Suppliers

MUST HAVES:
+5 years of experience in the relevant area (similar tasks and activities, eg 2nd level support for applications, IT project support, ideally in the manufacturing area)
1-2 years of experience with Application Management
Degree in Informatics or Engineering
Experience in specifying, configuring, testing and documenting of systems and applications
Self-reliant, resilient, flexible and have a high service orientation
Good technical understanding with good networked thinking
Good communication skills
German speaking (therefore CVs in German are accepted)
SQL/Oracle knowledge

NICE TO HAVES:
+++ Experience in Track and Trace or Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES)
+++ Experience in Pharma production or IT environment (GxP, CSV)
+++ English speaking
++ Project Experience

End date: 31.12.2018 (plus possible extension)
