IT Support Engineer - 12 months + Contract - Brussels - €21 per hour
A large European institution based in Brussels are seeking an IT Support Engineer to join them on a long-term contract basis, with extensions very likely.
The successful candidate will provide user guidance and support for the client's IT systems, following up incidents and organising the relevant system and bug reports.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
It is essential that the IT Support Engineer has a combination of the relevant higher studies and professional IT experience. You will have proven knowledge in end user assistance and supporting IT systems.
As the Database Developer, you will also have:
- Experience with HP Service Management Tool and/or other tools related to user support
- Knowledge of wiki, collaborative sites and social networks
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience of integration in an international/multicultural environment
- The ability to participate in multilingual meetings
- The ability to support mobile device users
The working language for this role is English, however fluency in French and/or German is highly beneficial.
