For this position, with a world-renowned computer manufacturing company, you will be performing a wide variety of desktop support activities.

OVERVIEW:

- Break-fix laptops, desktops, cell phones (SFF)
- Put client build on systems, data migration
- Manage tickets via ticketing system (ISMP)
- Customer communication
- Manage assets via asset database and conduct inventories
- Prepare and provide laptops to new hires
- Conduct new hire classes as needed
- Liaison with HP for printer issues handle toner changes, reboots, read error codes, inform HP if vendor tech is required
- Assists as requested for KIOSK issues with Developer
- Ship systems to other sites as needed
- Some AV/Telepresence support

REQUIREMENTS:

- 1-3 years related work experience
- Hands-on experience with a variety of hardware platforms running Windows Operating systems
- Solid desktop support and troubleshooting skills
- Experience with remote access and backup/recovery
- A+ certification preferred
- Ability to work an 8am 5pm shift Monday- Friday
- Must be able to pass 10 year criminal background check & drug screen
- Physical requirements of position: able to lift up to 70 lbs.
