A world renowned company in Zug are seeking a personable IT professional to provide second level IT Support to desk side employees. This is a desk to desk support position - so the ideal candidate will already be providing 1st level support and be looking for a step up, or 2nd level support looking for a change.
Responsibilities Include:
- Being part of the local and Global IT team, providing day to day business support to local customers
- Provide daily IT Servicing and Support for all general hardware & software, mobile devices, new hire set up and conduct meeting support
- Accept cases from the centralized work queue, conduct second level support on tickets submitted by the help desk, escalate as needed to third level
- Ensure that Standard Level Agreement attainment targets are met
- As a local project stakeholder, assist with executing IT projects, ensuring IT solutions are implemented with features and functionality successfully
Qualifications Required:
- 2-4 years relevant experience working in a support capacity
- Work experience with Microsoft Windows and Windows 7 environments
- Customer focused mind-set with the ability to solve technical issues
- A proactive working style
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize in a fast pace environment and multi task
- Fluent business level English, German would be advantageous

- Apprenticeship or IT Bachelor degree
