Today we have access to over 30,000 reported IT specialists (developers, system specialists, project managers, supporters, etc.). So we are able to present computer science professionals with the required profiles in a short term.
MAIN RESPONSBILITY:
-Ensuring IT support is provided either onsite or by phone for incidents related to all type of computers, video conferencingMCP-MCSE certification is regarded as an advantage) and at least 3 years of Successful technical experience in a desk side support position and should have ITIL practitioner in Incident Management (at least ITIL Foundation certification).
-Experience in large IT environments as an advantage.
-Flexibility in terms of upcoming workload peaks is highly appreciated.
MUST HAVE:
- ITIL Certification
- Operating system 1 Yrs.
- Macros 1 Yrs.
- WINDOWS 7 3 Yrs.
