My client, a world renowned global organisation is seeking an IT Support Analyst who has fluent English and German language skills. The successful candidate will have experience working in the Pharmaceutical/BioScience, Medical Device industry.
Project/Department Description and responsibilities:
Primary Tasks and responsibilities:
- Follow-up and support for the company's PC park, different types of technologies or network environments;
- Daily 1st line incident and troubleshooting;
- Installation and configuration of network environments, voice and peripherals on request;
- Maintaining customer service and availability;
- Telephony (Fixed phone, Cell phone, Blackberry's)
- Access Control (Granting access on Windows file systems
- Deliver support on the following categories
- General networking issues, VPN, Switches, (Multi function) Printers
- Software installation (Windows 7/XP, MS Office, Outlook)
- Desktop and laptop installation
- User management for infrastructure
