IT SUPPORT ANALYST SAN FRANCISCO, CA CONTRACT OPPORTUNITY

We re looking for IT Support Techs to run, maintain, optimize and enhance the IT environment for end users. The position is unique s/he will be communicating directly with senior managers as well coordinating with other IT teams to assist in service delivery and support, both at the desktop level and the Back End. This is a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a variety of technologies that makes this an exciting, challenging place to work.

Team is responsible for troubleshooting Windows Server infrastructure, responding to trouble requests, replacing failed components, and acting as smart-hands for remote management teams.

REQUIREMENTS:

- Windows Server 2012 admin experience/Hyper-V
- Windows 8.1, 8, 7 Operating Systems along with Office 20XX
- Familiarity with Network Equipment
- Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision
- Must be an effective collaborator and team member to work with people on a local/regional/global basis
- Excellent written and oral communication skills

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Address network issues and working with centralized operations teams.
- Manage and maintain an inventory of network spare parts.
- Configure and install new server components.
- Work with telephony teams to address issues related to phone, pbx, IP phone and end user issues.
- Collaborate with broad range of IT support teams to deliver new projects.
- Responsible for specific projects ranging in scope from surveys and documentation, to planning and executing deployments.
- Support end users through both written and verbal communications, and must be able to document processes and follow existing predefined processes.
