My client is a multi-million pound international company, that due significant growth within the company are looking for a new IT Support Analyst with good knowledge of Windows XP/Windows 7, Lotus Notes and LAN/VPN to join this global company. Within this role you would be the point of contact between the User and IT Management, you would be assigned to incident resolution as well as problem analysis. Within your role you would also be supporting and coordinating with the global office.
