IT Support Analyst

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, also web and coding/Scripting experience, including SharePoint. Knowledge of networking as well as Windows Server 2003-2008/XP/Vista.W7 and Windows Phone experience. Thorough hardware experience with HP & Dell Servers is needed. Project management skills/experience preferred.
Work as part of team supporting clients on site providing front line support troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
Maintenance and Repair of LAN equipment
General IT Work
Use Ticketing system to log all calls
Admin (Email, CRM, phone etc.)
Patching of network connections around building
Web Creation and Development
Creation of Web based portals and solutions for IT group
Collaboration & Communication:
Attend and contribute to relevant IT meetings
Attend other meetings with IT Manager.
Support businesses on site around financially sensitive periods of the year.
Other
Project work to be directed by the IT Manager.
