AD, remote printer fixing, pc builds using technologies similar to Ghost
Folder security work, password resets as users can't do this through webmail, new starter setups.
Familar blackberry, iphone beneficial.
Good telephone manner- Clear
Able to take the correct information down from problems- when did it happen? Why did happen? If problem can't be resolved by you then passing on calls properly with essential details noted.
This role is going to be shift work
Potential for role to go permanent further down the line or for contract to extend.
